A rest period is provided daily for preschool children after lunch between the hours of 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. To protect your child’s health we provide a sanitized cot or mat for resting. Parents will need to provide a small blanket with the child’s name clearly marked on it. If your child uses a pillow it must be a small travel size pillow. Blankets and pillows should be taken home no later than every Friday for laundering. Rest time is a requirement of the State Regulations; however your child is not required to sleep provided they do not disturb other children.
